End of Beta Day TWO! I got level 14!
Explored the DMV, had a little bit of a dance with the mutants inside. Found and listened to the OverSeers Log for Charleston.

It gets smoother, but God I know, that area is so laggy, still is, even with a pretty damned good computer. Gotta try to both retrieve that bag though, and get my revenge. I did almost shoot menormal, who made a brief cameo! Discovered the Charleston Capitol Building!
