We have been looking into recent reports from a few players who lost items from their inventories after participating in Vault 94 Missions. Following our investigation, we found that a very small number of players lost items in this way. Thank you to those who reported this to us after noticing that their character had lost items, our Customer Support team will soon be reaching out to owners of the affected characters to make things right.
Even though only a few characters were affected, we take issues like this seriously. Alongside the release of Patch 13 yesterday, we included an improvement that will mitigate this issue going forward, and we will continue to monitor.
